A Little Silk came about after I received a silk pillowcase as a birthday gift.
Overnight, I became a fan.
As someone who suffers from frizzy bed-head, deep sleep wrinkles and mild asthma, I was genuinely thrilled to notice my skin and hair looked better, and I was breathing better too.
I began gifting best friends and family silk pillowcases. They too fell in love with them instantly, and wanted to order pillow slips for their friends and family.
After extensive research into the type and quality grades of silk, I set about launching A Little Silk. New products have been added to the online shop, including beautiful silk eye masks, silk sleep bonnets and more.
As a New Zealand-based business, sourcing a quality natural product that's affordable for everyone, is essential.
The main purpose of A Little Silk is to enable everyday people to enjoy the benefits of Mulberry silk at an affordable entry price. Hence the signature line: "A little silk. A lot of good".
