Refunds and Returns policy

We are convinced you’ll love your Mulberry silk product, however if you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 working days by emailing info@alittlesilk.com. Please describe the issue and attach a photo.

We ask you to return the unused item to A Little Silk. It must be in the same condition and in the original packaging. We will inspect the returned item, and if the claim is valid, A Little Silk will duly arrange a credit for the full amount to you, or if you prefer, send a replacement pillowcase. 

Note: Silk is a delicate fabric. Do not wear jewellery items such as necklaces or earrings next to silk, as this can snag the fabric. Do not expose the fabric to temperature above 30 degrees centrigrade as this can permanently alter the structure of the fabric. For more information on how to care for your silk pillowcase, see FAQs.
