Free Shipping 

A Little Silk offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $50 anywhere in New Zealand. For orders under $50 there is a flat $5 delivery fee. We use Post Haste and NZ Courier Post for deliveries. NZ Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, Private Bags or Parcel Lockers.

Order Processing Time 

We aim to process most orders within 1 business day after we receive payment confirmation, and arrange courier collection from our premises same-day.

Orders placed on Friday after 3:00PM will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery Time

Please allow up to 2 - 3 working days for deliveries within New Zealand. Delivery status of the appointed courier can be tracked.

International Orders 

If you are purchasing from outside of New Zealand, a customs or import duty charge may incur. We take no responsibility for any charges, duties or taxes incurred at the receiver’s end. Orders cannot be returned to sender. All charges are to be paid on delivery of order by the customer. 

• International: Standard shipping $25 NZD (excluding Australia, which is $15)

International dispatched orders take an estimated 8-12 business days, in some cases more since Covid-19. Some countries are tracked and some are not.
